Definitions & Interpretation
The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings set out below:

Account Registration & Eligibility

One Account Per Person
Each individual may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, or if members of the same household operate multiple accounts from the same device or network, those accounts will be subject to investigation and may be closed if necessary.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. 3999d reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided. If any of your details change, you must update your account promptly.
Identity Verification (KYC)
3999d may request identity verification from a member at any time. The member may be required to provide a national ID card, passport, or any other government-issued document. Failure to complete identity verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account features.
Account Management
Login Credentials & Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
3999d reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in these Terms
- Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity
- Providing incorrect or false information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Evidence of bonus abuse or collusion
- Failure to complete identity verification
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. You should withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing your account. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
3999d currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet. Transactions through any method outside of these are not accepted.
Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below the minimum limits will not be processed.
Withdrawal Processing Time
3999d generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, this may take longer if identity verification or a security review is required.
Transaction Verification
Before processing a withdrawal request, 3999d reserves the right to verify the member's identity and ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals are only possible to a payment method registered in the account holder's name — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Warning: Using the payment system for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and is punishable by law.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will apply the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
Wagering Requirements
To make bonus funds withdrawable, the member must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Note that the wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to a third party.
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Certain games or categories may not contribute to bonus wagering — please refer to the specific terms of each offer.
- 3999d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
- If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

Betting Rules
Casino Games
3999d's casino section offers slots, live dealer games, table games, and a variety of other games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game. It is each member's responsibility to read the rules before starting a game.
Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on events across cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. The bet amount and potential winnings are displayed before confirming a bet. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled.
Technical Errors
If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, server outage, or communication issue, 3999d reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount. Any attempt to benefit from odds that were set abnormally or incorrectly due to an error will result in that bet being considered void.
Maximum Winnings Cap
3999d reserves the right to set a maximum winnings cap for certain games or sections. Information about this cap will be displayed on the relevant game or promotional page.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3999d and will be considered a direct violation of these Terms:
- Fraud & Cheating: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or betting processes by any means.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other members to influence game outcomes.
- Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or by any other fraudulent means.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated system to play games.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to legitimise illegally obtained funds.
- Minor Participation: Creating or managing an account for a person under 21 years of age.
- Use of Third-Party Accounts: Placing bets or operating from another person's account.
- Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's security systems or database.
If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances (both bonus and real money) may be forfeited.
